Partner Program

Resell, refer, and implement Point11.

Overview#

The Partner Program is for firms that sell Point11 to their own customers or implement it for them. Every partner has the whole program: you register deals, request coupons for your prospects, earn referral fees on the customers you bring, and can list your firm in the partner directory. For what partners do, see the Partner Program page.

Join the program#

  1. Apply to the Partner Program, or choose Join the Partner Program from the account menu in Point11. Under Your company details, add your company, the Countries you sell in, and Who do you sell to?, then choose Submit application.
  2. We review your application and email you.
  3. Once you're approved, your owner gets an email welcoming you to the Partner Program. Accepting it opens your Partner Hub. If you already have a Manager account, we can add the program to it instead.
  4. Your owner signs the Partner Program Agreement. On the Partner Hub's Home, choose Sign beside Sign the agreement. The agreement opens over Home: fill in your company's details and submit it. To use your own partner agreement instead, upload it from the same window for us to review.

Until the agreement is signed, Deals, Coupons, Payouts, Certifications, Profile, and Library stay locked. Home, Settings, and Support stay open.

The Partner Hub#

The Partner Hub is Partners in your account's sidebar. Its Home walks you through getting started: sign the agreement, set up your profile, earn your certification, and register your first deal. Owners and admins can choose Mark complete on a step you don't need.

If your firm doesn't manage client accounts, the sidebar shows Deals in Accounts' place, with All deals and Coupons. Your Partner Hub is part of your Manager account, which holds your members, settings, and connected accounts.

Owners and admins have the whole program. To give another member access, open Settings > Members, choose the menu beside them, and pick a Partner Program role: Viewer reads the Partner Hub, and Editor also registers deals and requests coupons. A program role never gives access to a client. Payouts are for admins and members with billing access.

Register a deal#

Registering a deal protects a customer you're working with. Open Deals and choose New. In Register a deal, enter:

  • End customer, and its Customer website. Leave the website blank only if the customer has no site of its own.
  • Customer ID (optional), if the customer already uses Point11.
  • Deal size and Expected close.
  • Opportunity details: who you've spoken with, their need, and the next step.

Confirm I've spoken with this customer about this deal. and choose Register. We review every registration, and the deal's page shows when we'll decide.

ProtectedApproved. For 90 days, we accept no other registration for this customer.
WonYou marked it won. We confirm the win and link the deal to the customer's account.

ExpiredProtection ended. Register the customer again if you're still pursuing it.

To narrow the list, choose All, In review, Protected, Won, or Ended beside the search. From a deal's page, Post an update tells us about a material change, and Request renewal, before protection ends, asks for another 90 days with a progress update. Close a deal with Mark won, Mark lost, or Withdraw registration.

A deal gives you no access to the customer's account. Only the customer gives access, by connecting with your firm. See Manager accounts.

Coupons#

Coupons are credit codes you hand to prospects. Open Coupons and choose Request. Enter How many codes, the Value per code (USD), and What they're for, then send the request. We assign the codes and email you.

The table lists your codes beside your requests: each code's credit, who can use it, redemptions, and expiry, with a button to copy it. A request shows Requested until we assign its codes, or Declined with our reason. Your prospect redeems a code at signup or in Settings > Billing. A redemption doesn't make the customer yours; only a won deal we confirm does.

Referral fees#

You earn a referral fee on each payment we collect from a customer you sourced: one whose registered deal we confirmed won. Fees are figured on what we collect before tax.

  • Year 1 starts with the customer's first payment after you registered the deal.
  • Year 2 follows while the customer names you its account-management partner, in its Settings > Members, and we accept each quarter's review record. Submit it with Submit record on the deal's page within 10 business days after each quarter ends.

Your agreement sets the rates, and Payouts shows them. Payments before you registered the deal, purchases through a cloud marketplace, and your firm's own purchases earn nothing, unless we approve your own purchases in writing. A refund, credit, or lost dispute takes back its share of a fee.

Payouts#

Open Payouts and choose Set up to connect the bank account we pay. Setup happens inside Point11 through Stripe and asks for two-step verification on your sign-in. We pay only to a US bank account. Once it's set up, Manage shows your payout status, bank, next payout, and schedule, your Tax forms, and Change bank or details.

We pay automatically each month, by the 10th, for the payments collected the month before. A balance under US$100 carries forward; the January payout and the first payout after an agreement ends send everything owed. Each month's statement is emailed to your owner, admins, and members with billing access, and listed under Statements. Stripe usually deposits a payout within two business days, and your first one can take up to two weeks.

Library#

Library is one table of every file in your Partner Hub: our partner resources, the files your firm shares with us, and your account's agreements, including your signed Partner Program Agreement. Owner says whose each file is. New and updated resources are marked, and we email a weekly digest when they change; turn it off in Settings > Notifications.

Owners and admins choose Add to share a file with us. To send a prospect one of our resources that offers it, choose Share for a link that expires.

Profile and certification#

Profile is your firm's page in the partner directory, shown as buyers see it. Owners and admins edit it. Publish lists it once it has a name, a description, at least one service, industry, region, and language, and your lead's name and title. Unpublish takes it down.

Certifications tracks your team's certification. Each member earns their own by pitching and demoing Point11 live with our team, keeping an active brand account on Point11, and onboarding a customer with a measured outcome. We confirm each step, and a certification lasts 12 months. Choose Schedule to book the live pitch.

Your Partner Manager#

Every partner firm has a Partner Manager at Point11. Choose Support in the sidebar to message them, or email partners@point11.ai. Your signed agreement is in Library. We email your owner before any change to the agreement takes effect.
