We are introducing Alpha, the AI digital marketer. Alpha runs on the customer intelligence you already have in Point11 Analytics and does the work that wins your market.

Why we built Alpha#

Analytics shows where you stand: which conversations you win, which you lose, and why. The hard part comes next. Someone has to choose what to change, build it, ship it, and check that it worked. That work usually waits for a free week that never comes.

Alpha does that work, from the same customer models. It comes with Point11 Analytics and lives in the same dashboard, so it reads the same campaigns and evidence you do.

The jobs we deliver#

Our homepage puts Alpha in one line: get the actions that grow revenue, grounded in your customer models. Alpha delivers five jobs.

Top actions to drive revenue#

Advisor turns each Discovery campaign into a list of actions. Each action carries the evidence behind it, and the list opens sorted by impact: the modeled annual value of the lift, largest first. The list refreshes monthly, or weekly if you choose.

Revenue tracking#

Each revenue line shows its brand share, win rate, and modeled revenue influence, with the drivers and trends behind them. Discovery campaigns run every day, so the numbers move daily instead of waiting for a monthly report. With autotracking on, Alpha also checks your website for each recommended change and records what it found: confirmed on site, partly implemented, or not seen yet.

Win and loss reasons#

Why buyers chose you, and why they chose someone else, broken down by competitor, audience, topic, and location.

Competitive benchmarking#

Each competitor's share and win rate against you, and why you win or lose against it. A brand lens shows the same reports the way a competitor would see the market.

Brand analytics#

Brand share and win rate, the positive and negative sentiment themes about you and your competitors, and your win rate in each conversation topic, split by audience and location.

You can ask Alpha about any of it. In Alpha Chat, it queries your Point11 data, shows each query's plain-language purpose and row count, and can put the live dashboard view in its answer.

From recommendation to finished work#

Choose Ship with Alpha on an action and Alpha opens a conversation for it, with a plan beside the chat that it updates as the work moves. From there, Alpha can build what the work needs:

  • Websites. Working Next.js sites built with React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui, with lead forms whose submissions you can list and export.
  • Documents. PowerPoint decks, Word documents, Excel workbooks, PDFs, Markdown documents, and CSVs. You can edit a deck's text or a workbook's cells yourself, without another request.
  • Ads. Editable static ad suites in the Ads Hub, rendered at each placement's exact size, with each concept tied to its evidence and the loss reason it answers.
  • Audio. Voiceovers in the speech model's built-in voices, music up to five minutes long, and sound effects.
  • Images and video. Up to four images per request, and short videos.

All of it can follow your Brand Kit: your colors, type, logos, and voice, saved once for every creative tool to use. Alpha can also run a report daily, weekly, or monthly and send each finished report to a Slack channel.

New: live edit#

As of this week, a website Alpha built can run live in the panel beside the chat. Open the site and choose Live edit. Select an element, change its text, and the change shows in about two seconds. Ask Alpha for a bigger change and it shows as soon as Alpha writes the files.

Nothing is saved until you choose Save, which builds exactly what you see into the website's next version. If you close the session with unsaved edits, Point11 asks first. If a session ends while you are away, opening Live edit on the same version brings your unsaved edits back.

You stay in control#

Alpha does the work. People decide what goes out.

  • Nothing leaves Point11 without a person. When Alpha wants to post to Slack, file a Linear issue, schedule a report, pause or rename a campaign, invite a teammate, or update an Advisor action, it shows a card that says what will happen. Nothing happens until a member confirms it.
  • Ads arrive paused. In the Ads Hub, you approve each ad suite or ask for changes. When you send ads to Google Ads, Alpha prepares drafts in the campaign or ad group you pick, Google checks them first, and only the person whose Google sign-in the connection uses can confirm. Every ad is created paused. Nothing is enabled, no budget or bid changes, and nothing spends. You turn ads on in Google Ads.
  • Every change is a version. Alpha's revisions and your own edits each save a new version, and the one before stays unchanged. Restore an earlier version of a file from the panel, or ask Alpha to bring back an earlier version of a website.
  • Publishing is your call. A member puts a website, deck, PDF, or image on a public link that cannot be guessed, can add a password, and decides whether search engines may list it. Taking it down is immediate.
  • Your status wins. When you set an Advisor action's status yourself, autotracking stops changing it until you hand it back. Dismissing an action asks for a reason.

You can also stop a running answer at any time.
