Software Engineer, Full Stack
Who We Are
We are a team building the infrastructure for the agent era. A decade ago, the brands that leaned into mobile won. The same shift is happening with agents: how people find businesses, ask questions, and buy is moving from static pages into conversations. 800 million people already discover brands through agent search, and who gets chosen is being decided right now.
The Team
Build the product enterprise teams use every day: the campaigns they run on their digital twins, the dashboards that show what their customers think, and the tools that put Site, Chat, and Voice to work. You own features from the database to the pixel. Every interaction has to feel intelligent, and it has to happen in .11 seconds. Small team, high bar. Founded by ex-Googlers. We hire accordingly.
What Your First Year Looks Like
- Rebuild how a campaign's results are explored, so an executive finds the answer in one screen.
- Ship the workspace where a brand's team plans, launches, and compares campaigns together.
- Make every table in the product fast at a million rows.
What the Day-to-Day Feels Like
- Ship features end to end: schema, API, server, and interface
- Care about the details: loading states, empty states, errors, accessibility
- Keep the product fast as customers and data grow
- Work directly with customers and design to decide what to build
- Review code, write tests that catch real failures, and leave things better
- Stack: TypeScript, React, Next.js (App Router), Postgres (Neon), Drizzle ORM, Vercel
About You
- You've shipped production web applications that people rely on
- You're strong in TypeScript and React, and comfortable with SQL
- You have taste in product and interface, and you sweat the details
- You move fast without leaving a mess
- You're in New York or willing to relocate. This role is hybrid, in our New York office three days a week.
Even Better If You Have
- Data-heavy products: analytics, dashboards, BI
- Next.js App Router and React Server Components
- Design systems or component libraries
- Early-stage startup experience
What We Offer
- Customers use what you ship the week you ship it
- Hybrid in New York
- Work across the full stack, not one siloed service
- A direct line to the founding team on product
- An annual learning budget for conferences and development
