The Team
Design how enterprise teams see and act on what their customers think: the campaigns they run on their digital twins, the results that come back, and the agents that work on their behalf. You own the experience from first sketch to shipped pixels. Every interaction has to feel intelligent, and it has to happen in .11 seconds. Small team, high bar. Founded by ex-Googlers. We hire accordingly.
What Your First Year Looks Like
- Redesign how a campaign's results read, so an executive gets the answer in one screen.
- Design how people work alongside Point11's agents: what an agent proposes, what a person approves, and what happened.
- Extend Point11's design system across the product, the website, and 13 languages.
What the Day-to-Day Feels Like
- Own product design end to end: research, flows, interface, and the details
- Prototype fast and test with real customers
- Work in code-adjacent tools and pair with engineers until it ships right
- Keep the product coherent as it grows
- Turn complex data into interfaces that feel simple
About You
- You've designed B2B or data-heavy products that shipped
- You have a portfolio that shows taste, rigor, and shipped work
- You're fluent in Figma and comfortable reading code
- You can defend every decision and drop any of them for a better one
- You live in the United States. This role is remote, with regular time in Miami.
