Enterprise Account Executive, Government

The Team

Federal and state agencies are modernizing how citizens find services. You own the full cycle for government accounts: agencies that need their sites to work for agents the way they work for browsers. Every interaction has to feel intelligent, and it has to happen in .11 seconds. Small team, high bar. Founded by ex-Googlers. We hire accordingly.

What Your First Year Looks Like

  • Map the federal strategy: the top 50 agencies, civilian and defense, that need agentic web readiness.
  • Run your first government cycle end to end: RFI, technical evaluation, security review, ATO. Then close it.
  • Close Point11's first government deal and turn it into the reference that opens the rest.

What the Day-to-Day Feels Like

  • Own the full government cycle: discovery through procurement through close
  • Build territory and pipeline through outbound, events, and partners
  • Lead executive presentations and ROI workshops for agency CIOs, CTOs, and digital leads
  • Work with solutions architecture and FDE to scope requirements and build the case
  • Run complex procurement: security reviews, FedRAMP, vendor assessments

About You

  • You've sold enterprise software into government and you know how procurement works
  • You've handled multi-stakeholder committees and long cycles in regulated environments
  • You present to agency leadership and negotiate with contracting officers without losing margin
  • You're disciplined with CRM and data-driven on pipeline
  • You're in Washington, DC or willing to relocate. This role is in person.

Even Better If You Have

  • A strong grasp of AI, digital modernization, or enterprise platforms
  • Existing relationships with federal or state decision-makers
  • Experience with FedRAMP, ATO, or government compliance
  • A track record closing $100K+ in the public sector
