The Team
Build the agents behind Point11 for European brands: Chat and Voice agents that answer customers in their own language, and the model pipelines that run each campaign on a company's digital twins. You own prompts, evals, retrieval, and tool use from the first experiment to production. Every interaction has to feel intelligent, and it has to happen in .11 seconds. Small team, high bar. Founded by ex-Googlers. We hire accordingly.
What Your First Year Looks Like
- Make Point11's Chat and Voice agents as good in German, French, and Spanish as they are in English, and prove it with evals.
- Build the data-residency path that keeps a European customer's data and model calls in the EU.
- Ship the multilingual eval suite every agent release must pass.
What the Day-to-Day Feels Like
- Ship LLM features end to end: prompts, retrieval, tool use, structured outputs, evals
- Own multilingual quality across our agents
- Choose the right model for each job and know why, on cost, latency, and quality
- Work with our European customers' engineers on deployments
- Bring what you learn in Europe back into the core product
About You
- You've shipped LLM-powered features to real users, not just demos
- You're strong in TypeScript or Python and comfortable across the stack
- You've built evals and you trust them more than vibes
- You work fluently in English and at least one other European language
- You're in Berlin or willing to relocate. This role is hybrid, in our Berlin office three days a week.
Even Better If You Have
- Voice or real-time conversational agents
- GDPR and EU AI Act requirements in practice
- Retrieval at scale: embeddings, vector search, hybrid ranking
- Agent frameworks, MCP, or tool-calling protocols
