## Overview

Point11 brings your team together around the same customer intelligence. Explore results, compare perspectives, and decide what to do next. If a result surprises someone, you can review the same conversations together before deciding what's next. Invite teammates and give each person the access they need.

## Invite teammates

Editors, admins, and owners can send invitations.

1. Open **Settings > Members**.
2. Choose **Invite teammates**, enter their email addresses, and select a role.
3. Send the invitations. Each teammate gets an email with a link to join.

## Roles

Each role includes the access listed above it.

| Role | Access |
| --- | --- |
| Viewer | View dashboards and add comments |
| Editor | Start scans and campaigns; invite teammates |
| Admin | Manage members, billing, settings, API keys, and agents; export the audit log |
| Owner | Transfer ownership and delete the organization |

Each organization has one owner. Use **Transfer ownership** to choose a new owner. The previous owner steps down.

## Manage access

Admins and owners can change roles or remove teammates in **Settings > Members**.

- **Revoke** cancels a pending invitation.
- Change a teammate's role to update their access.
- **Remove** ends access immediately and revokes their API keys.
