# Where to get help

## Overview

Everyone gets stuck sometimes, and we would rather you ask than lose an afternoon. Here is where to go, depending on what you need.

If the question is about your account, start with your account manager. If it is a quick product question, you can also browse these docs or ask Peter on the Point11 website.

## Your account manager

Every account has a named account manager. Choose **Support** in the dashboard sidebar to open **Message your account manager**. You'll find their email address, phone number, and a box where you can send them a message straight away.

If your company has an enterprise agreement, your dedicated account team supports you.

## Find an answer in the docs

New to Point11? [Welcome](/docs/introduction/overview) is the best place to begin. You can browse every chapter on the [docs homepage](/docs).

## Ask Peter on the website

Peter is the assistant on the public Point11 website. You can chat or speak with Peter to ask about Point11 and find the right page. For help with your own account, choose **Support** in the dashboard instead.

## Email a team directly

If you already know which team you need, you can email them.
